2016. október 13-án, csütörtökön délután 6 órakor a marosszentgyörgyi plébánia tanácstermében kiállítás nyílik a borzonti Vadárvácska alkotótáborban 2015-ben készült, Márton Áron püspököt megjelenítő festményekből. A tárlatot megnyitja és az alkotásokból készült művészeti albumot bemutatja Nagy Miklós Kund művészeti író és Gál Mihály, a tábor működtetője. Az est folyamán Csíki Dénes nyárádköszvényesi plébános – aki évekig volt a nagy püspök titkára és irodavezetője – személyes élményeit osztja meg az érdeklődőkkel. Közreműködik az egyházközség Szent György énekkara, a Jubilate Deo énekcsoport, valamint a Kolping család kórusa.

Each year the World Day of Migrants and Refugees invites us to turn our attention to different aspects of the complex phenomenon of migration. For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Message of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV for the 11th World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation 2026

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
