Az Erdélyi Római Katolikus Státus Alapítvány, tekintettel a marosvásárhelyi Római Katolikus Teológiai Líceummal kapcsolatban kialakult helyzetre, megvizsgálta a szerződést, melyet az ingatlanra a Marosvásárhelyi Polgármesteri Hivatallal kötött. Megállapítást nyert, hogy a 23. cikkely előírásait a Polgármesteri Hivatal nem tartotta be, ezért a szerződés jogilag érvényét veszíti. 
 
Elkerülendő, hogy az Unirea Nemzeti Kollégium diákjai arra a sorsa jussanak, mint amilyen bizonytalan helyzetbe kerültek a Katolikus Teológiai Líceum diákjai, az Erdélyi Római Katolikus Státus Alapítvány elvárja, hogy a Polgármesteri Hivatal 30 napon belül egyeztessen egy új szerződés megkötéséről.
 
Reméljük, hogy intézményeink közösen megoldást találnak mind a Római Katolikus Teológiai Líceum, mind pedig az Unirea Nemzeti Kollégium diákjai érdekében.
 
Az Erdélyi Római Katolikus Státus Alapítvány folyamatosan keresi az ügyben érintett felek számára elfogadható megoldást.

For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
