Advent negyedik vasárnapján Gyulafehérváron, a 9 órától kezdődő szentmise keretében Jakubinyi György érsek megnyitja a székesegyház Szent Kapuját. A főegyházmegyében a harmadik Szent Kapu ugyanazon a napon Kolozsváron nyílik. A főpásztor megbízásából Kovács Sándor főesperes-plébános tárja ki az este 6 órakor kezdődő szentmise elején a Szent Mihály-templom déli kapuját, hogy a hívek bűnbánattal és hittel haladjanak át rajta, így a szokott feltételek mellett elnyerhetik a szentévi búcsút.

A Gyulafehérvári Főegyházmegyében az első jubileumi kaput advent harmadik vasárnapján nyitotta meg Jakubinyi György érsek Tamás József püspök, a ferences atyák és a papság jelenlétében a csíksomlyói kegytemplomban.

Mint ismeretes, Ferenc pápa a jubileumot meghirdető Misericordiae Vultus kezdetű bullájában írta elő, hogy a világ valamennyi egyházmegyéjében nyissanak Szent Kapukat, ezzel lehetővé téve a jubileum méltó megünneplését azok számára is, akik az év során nem tudnak eljutni Rómába.

Message of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV for the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees

Each year the World Day of Migrants and Refugees invites us to turn our attention to different aspects of the complex phenomenon of migration. For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Message of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV for the 11th World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation 2026

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
