Ünnepi miséje a föltámadt Krisztust ünnepli, akié a hatalom és dicsőség mindörökké. Bennünket arra int, hogy a világosság gyermekeiként új életre kelve az odafönt valókat keressük. A húsvétvasárnapi misében az ünnepi szekvencia kötelező -Victimae paschali laudes-, a hét napjain fakultatív. Húsvétvasárnap a húsvéti szent háromnap tagjaként a legszorosabb és a legszervesebb vonatkozásban van leginkább a húsvét vigíliájával. Ezért mindazok számára, akik ezen és nagypénteken, nagycsütörtökön bármi okból nem vehettek részt, nem múlhat el ez a vasárnap csak egyszerűen úgy, mint az év többi vasárnapja, hanem az újjászületés szentségeire való jelszerű utalással (pl. húsvéti gyertya, újonnan megáldott víz) emlékezetükbe kell idézni a szent háromnap eseményeit.

Each year the World Day of Migrants and Refugees invites us to turn our attention to different aspects of the complex phenomenon of migration. For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).
