Altarul Sfintei Fecioare de la Guadalupe - Mexic este cel mai mare sanctuar Marian din lume, poate cuprinde cel mai mare număr de pelerini. În aparițiile sale, atestate și acceptate de Biserică, Fecioara Maria nu spune nimic noi, ci doar repetă îndemnul pe care la dat slujitorilor la nunta din Cana: „ Faceți tot ce vă va spune!”(cf. Ioan 2,5). Potrivit Domnului Nostru Isus, misiunea Profetului Ilie, indică Mesia, va fi îndeplinită la sfârșitul lumii, dar înainte de prima venirea a împlinit-o și Ioan Botezătorul. Să fim și noi pentru oameni, înaintași Mesiei, să îi pregătim pentru primirea pruncului Isus, și să urmăm ceea ce Sfânta Fecioară ne cere: „ Faceți tot ce vă spune Fiul meu!”, lucru pe care-l propovăduiește și astăzi pentru noi, în Trupul Să Sfânt, în Biserică.

Each year the World Day of Migrants and Refugees invites us to turn our attention to different aspects of the complex phenomenon of migration. For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Message of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV for the 11th World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation 2026

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
