Imecsfalva neve 1561-ben Imeczfalva volt. Már 1424-ben volt temploma. Jelenlegi temploma 1805–1808-ban épült. A templom részére az alapítványok Imecs Antaltól származnak.
A templom patrónusa Kisboldogasszony. A falu neve a 19. század hetvenes éveiben került be a köztudatba, amikor a Csereyek udvarházában, a család tulajdonában levő régiségekből múzeumot rendeztek be 1875-ben.
Petőfalva: Az 1567. évi regestrum Peteofalva néven említi 4 kapuval. Kora középkori temetője igen jelentős régészeti emlékeket rejt. Jelenlegi kis temploma 300 éves, főoltárán Assziszi Szent Ferenc. 1881-ben Fogarasy Mihály püspök támogatásával iskolát építettek. Az 1980-as évektől romák népesítették be a falut.
Székelytamásfalva. 1567-ben Thamásfalva 10 kapuval szerepel. A reformáció idején elhagyták vallásukat. A katolikus kisebbségnek 1847-től van kápolnája a (Tury) Thuri család jóvoltából.
Szörcse Szent István korában már létezett. 1567-ben (Zoer) Zoerche 6 kapuval szerepel. A reformáció korában elhagyták vallásukat. 1975-ben Dénes Dávid katolikus imaházat szervezett, haranglábat állíttatott egy kis haranggal.

Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Date: november 13.

For World Mission Day 2026, which marks the centenary of a celebration established by Pius XI that is very dear to the Church, I have chosen the theme “One in Christ, united in mission.” Following the Jubilee Year, I wish to encourage the whole Church to continue its missionary journey with joy and zeal in the Holy Spirit.

Each year the World Day of Migrants and Refugees invites us to turn our attention to different aspects of the complex phenomenon of migration. For this 112th World Day, the theme, “Even just one of these children,” draws our attention to the minors directly involved in the experience of migration and flight, to the care owed to them, and to the Lord’s promise that “whoever receives one such child in my name receives me” (Mk 9:37).

Dear brothers and sisters, the path before us is clear, though it is not easy. We are called to allow our hearts to be renewed, so that we might seek peace and care for creation. Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, for everything we do flows from them (cf. Prov 4:23).
